Welcome to RallyLynx. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RallyLynx mobile and web applications ("the App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• The RallyLynx App is designed for use during rally events to provide live vehicle tracking, safety features, and event monitoring.
• You must use the App responsibly and in accordance with rally regulations and organizer instructions.
• Do not use the App while driving if it distracts you or endangers safety.

2. Registration and Access

• Access to rally tracking features requires a valid event and tracker code provided by your rally organizer.
• You are responsible for entering the correct tracker code and ensuring the App is running and connected during the event.
• We are not responsible for delays or data inaccuracies caused by poor network coverage, GPS loss, or incorrect configuration.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App collects and transmits GPS location data for live tracking and safety purposes during events.

4. Safety and Responsibility

• The App is an aid for rally safety and management but does not replace official marshal instructions or physical OK/SOS signs.
• Users must comply with event safety rules and immediately report incidents as required by organizers.
• The App should remain powered and mounted securely in the rally car throughout the event day.

5. Intellectual Property

The RallyLynx name, logo, and software are owned by RallyLynx. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its components without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy of data at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyLynx and its developers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss, communication errors, or delays.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://rallylynx.web.app/terms.html.
